The students and faculty of the Indonesian Development Management Institute were very fortunate to have a guest speaker from LSI International, Founder & President Mr. Leonardo J. Stoute a.k.a Khalid bin Walid, on Wednesday 14 th of October. Brother Walid had shared three inspiring sessions with a group of Regular and Full Time MBA students on the subject of Managerial Communication.

Amelia Naim Indrajaya as the class' lecturer had invited Mr. Stoute to offer a motivational speech on Intercultural Communication and to discuss how he had set up a multicultural business in the United States. He had also shared several active websites to show the students how powerful and promising virtual and online communication can be. All the MBA students were stimulated by a thought provoking question by Mr. Stoute, on how they see themselves in terms of achieving their purpose of life in the next 5 years.

Mr. Stoute continued and made them aware of how important it is to know that they are doing the right things instead of just striving to do things the right way. The class was concluded with a question and answer session with the enthusiastic students. It was almost 23.00 pm when the program ended, over 4 hours after it started at 19.00 pm.

On the 31 st of October there will be another scheduled invitation for Mr. Stoute to join the Executive Program Students of IPMI MBA. This time he will be the expert and commentator for the groups of Executive MBA Students while they are presenting their Corporate Social Responsibility Program.
